SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping typically happens between 1-3 business days after receiving your order. As we receive your order, an email is automatically sent to you and updates are sent to the same email address so please be sure to have the correct email address in the system so that you receive the proper correspondence! If any any delays or pre order updates are sent out it will be sent via email. Once shipped, you will receive your order based on the level shipping chosen during check out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Whipper Snappers LLC provides hand made goods. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless they've been damaged during transit. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at support@whippersnappers.com within 14 days of receiving your product and we will be more than happy to make it right!
